I was stress out the while month and still manage to get christmas for bf's family. But for my own family i dunno what to get them seems like they already got everything. Maybe because i shop most of the time for them. but for this x-mas i think i will do something different for them.

December 18th my family and bf and i went out to have our early x-mas dinner because we know that restaurants will be busy this weekend. So, we went to mizumi-ny for our dinner. The place was also packed with people too. We waited like 30 mins to have a table. The food was fresh and good. Its like ichiumi in 32nd street. The price is 32 plus tax and service fees for each person.

Purchasing a commercial condo.

Buying a house or condo is getting really difficult in this economy now. Especially in New York where the cost is high. Its been 3 months since we signed the contact and the owner of the building is bitching now. Come on its not our fault that banks get tough on lenders now... seems crazy with this economy.. and i feel so stress out now... but its christmas. owell... life goes on.. and i am still waiting for the final decision next week. But i want my office tho.... help me god........ my bf told me that there's no miracle in this world and told me to get real and prepared for the worst scenario. But i do believe in miracle. and he told me that i watch too much fairy tale. Do you guys believe in Fairy tale? .... i do...

My La Mer haul from Neiman Marcus finally arrive. They arrived on time. The mail man left it on my door.... lucky thing that i am home and check on the status of my package. The cleansing gel from the package got leaked a little but i am find with it cause i don't have the time to bring it back to the store.

Christmas Haul (Sooryehan, The History of Whoo, and Tenren Tea)

Christmas is coming and i have to buy gifts for families and friends.... like every year i will have headaches on thinking what to get them. I just placed an order on www.philosophy.com i love their holiday gift sets. The prices are reasonable and the packaging are so adorable. Like other girls i am a sucker for packaging.

After placing the order, my dad and sister went with me to have dim sum on 8th Avenue (Brooklyn's so called Chinatown). While i was on 8th Avenue i stop by my favorite place "TENREN Tea HOUSE" to order drinks after eating dim sum. So, i picked up a gift for someone on my christmas list. Its the King's Tea Oolong tea with Ginseng number 409. you can check out their website TEN REN KING'S TEA 409. The 10.6 oz actually last a whole year for a person if he drinks it alone. I bought him the TEN REN KING'S TEA 319 last year and he told me that he likes it. For those people who likes Oolong tea should try the 319 to start with.

after done buying the tea we are heading to the car, i stop by a beauty store and saw some christmas gift sets. So, i pick the Sooryehan Yunha Face and Neck Lifting Cream gift set for someone else on my christmas list too SA gave me some samples to try too. Because i am their VIP member over 1000 points she gave me a shampoo set as a christmas gift. hehe... so happy. But christmas shopping is not over yet....
